How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become work: deleted 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Clients: project records are kept for the life of the engagement and then six years, because that is how long HMRC expects business records to be kept.
  • Email: managed to the same periods.

The deletion is done as a periodic sweep of the Wix contact list and the mailbox, not left to chance.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form. Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object. Email info@simply-solved.io; we reply within one month. There is no charge.

If you think we've handled your information badly, tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
