Wedding websites · Simply Solved
One calm place for everything people keep asking — and somewhere lovely to send the invitation link.
Designed to match your stationery, ready before the invitations go out, and simple enough that your guests' parents can use it.
The details.
Beautifully together.
Thoughtful design. A lovely finish.
Fewer questions in your inbox
What time, where exactly, what to wear, can they bring the children, where to stay, and what you'd like as a gift. A wedding website answers all of it quietly, so you can get on with the rest.
On the invitation, in a message, in an email signature. Always up to date.
No hunting through group chats for the postcode or the start time.
RSVPs, meal choices and access needs collected in one list you can actually read.
Thank-yous and photographs, if you'd like the page to carry on after the day.
A wedding website should feel like the invitation, not like an office form.
How the wedding pages are designed
What's included
Every wedding site is built to the same standard and then made yours. Pages you don't need are simply left out.
The parts everyone needs before they set off.
RSVPs and the details you'd otherwise chase.
The parts that make it feel like yours.
Designed to match
If you already have stationery, the site is built to sit beside it — the same typeface feel, the same colours, the same quiet. If you don't have any yet, the site can set the direction instead.
Send whatever you have: a photograph of a sample, a Pinterest board, or the colour of the ribbon. That's usually enough to start.
Tell me about your day ↗The stationery shown here is an illustrative concept created for this page. It isn't a real couple's wedding.
How it works
Most couples are doing this around full-time jobs and a venue that wants answers. The process is built for that.
A short form and a conversation: the date, the venues, the feel and anything already decided.
A design direction using your names, colours and stationery, agreed before any pages are made.
Pages made, RSVP form connected and tested with a real submission, on a phone as well as a laptop.
Three rounds of changes before go-live, then the link is yours. I look after the site from there — you never touch code, and when the contract ends you receive the full site as HTML to keep for life.
RSVPs, honestly explained
Guests reply on the site. Their answers land in one list with names, meal choices, dietary and access needs, and whether they're day or evening — so the venue can be given a straight answer.
More than a website
The website is where it starts. Everything your guests tell it flows into one place — and that place quietly becomes your wedding coordinator.
One link on the card, in the group chat, in a text. Always current.
Guests reply on the site: attending, meal, allergies, children, plus-ones.
A registry or honeymoon fund page, worded the way you'd say it.
What to wear, where to park, can we bring the baby — answered once, on the site, not fifty times on WhatsApp.
Every reply lands in your private portal — and from there it does the admin for you.
Back Pocket · your portal
Guest replies from your website become one living guest list. From it, the portal plans tables, briefs the venue, counts the children, keeps the to-do list honest and sends you a calm word each morning. Open any of these to see what it actually does.

Illustrative preview with sample data. Your portal is set up with your own guest list, venue and dates at build.
A monthly hour with people who've done hundreds of weddings.
Register your interest from your portal. From 2027, each month a guest expert joins the couples' chat — a florist on what's in season, a make-up artist on what lasts until midnight, a dress designer on fittings, a photographer on finding your good side and practising the poses before the day. Real advice, small group, questions welcome — for the grooms too.
Three tiers, like a cake
Every tier is a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Save-the-date cards with a QR code to your site can be added to any tier.
Your wedding website, built on one of three designs and made yours.
Priced in writing
Everything in Tier 1, plus a cash gift registry and thank-yous done properly.
Priced in writing
Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, with the coordinator in your back pocket until two months after the day.
Priced in writing
Add-ons on any tier: stationery designed and posted (save-the-dates with a QR to your site, invitations, on-the-day signage), your own domain name, and a printed coffee-table book of the site, the stationery and the photographs.
A few things couples ask
Congratulations, by the way
The date, the venues and how much you've decided so far. That's enough to come back with what's involved and a fixed price.
The form is loading. If it doesn\'t appear in a moment, email info@simply-solved.io or WhatsApp 07418 640617 instead.
Congratulations.
